What happens on day fifteen?
The agent stops and tells you why. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged — there's no card. Sign in and the account is still there, waiting for a plan.
What does the server see?
Your email and display name, the id and avatar from GitHub or Google if you used them, and a count of tokens spent. Not your prompts, file names or code.
Do I pay for model usage twice?
No. REX uses your own provider keys and talks to them directly from your machine. A plan pays for the agent, not for tokens.
Does it need the internet?
Not continuously. It re-validates when it can and keeps working through a grace period when it can't — so a flight or a lab network doesn't stop you.
Is everything on by default?
No. REX's advanced security tooling is off on every account until it's enabled for that person — and paying doesn't switch it on. Ask, with context about what you're authorised to test.
Mac and mobile?
Windows and Linux ship today. macOS is in progress. REX is a desktop agent, so there's no phone build — this site works on phones, the agent doesn't.
